AS-CO2 Carbon-Di-Oxide Sensor
The AS-CO2 Dual-channel CO2 sensor adopts the principle of non-dispersive infrared (NDIR), which has the advantages of small size, long life, fast response, high precision, and continuous analysis.
Non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas concentration detection technology uses the principle that gas molecules can absorb infrared light of a specific wavelength, but have no effect on other wavelengths of infrared light to detect gas concentration. The bandpass filter in front of the thermopile sensor is used to filter out infrared light outside a specific wavelength, and then the carbon dioxide gas concentration is obtained by detecting the infrared light intensity of this specific wavelength.
Since carbon dioxide gas has a strong absorption effect on infrared light with a wavelength of 4.26um, and other gases have no absorption effect on infrared light of this wavelength, it can be performed by measuring the intensity of infrared light with a wavelength of 4.26um that passes through the gas layer. Measure the concentration of carbon dioxide gas. Dual channels can eliminate the influence of environmental variables on measurement results
